30-Min Circuit Class
If you're looking for a high-intensity workout that will help tone your body and shed fat, this is a great class to attend. This class will be a high-energy and fast-paced class that involved working your way around different exercise stations performing each exercise as many times as you can in a set amount of time. 

Yoga
Join our amazing yoga instructor, Alyssa Cole, to work on body balance and flexibility activities that combine physical exercises, mental meditation, and breathing techniques to strengthen the muscles and relieve stress. Different poses and postures will be used while standing, seated or lying down.

Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provided the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin' out! The workout is easily modifiable and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeals to men and women of all ages and abilities!
